Delivery

If you would like your order to be delivered by courier, we can arrange that as well. However, this will incur additional costs, and the invoice will be issued once we know the courier service rates. The charges will be added to the final invoice.

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. We ship through Lithuanian Post, Omniva, DPD, L’Express parcel lockers, and bus deliveries. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Estimated delivery times:
Lithuania: 1–3 business days
Latvia: 3–5 business days
Estonia: 4–6 business days
UK: 7–15 days (possible delays due to UK postal strikes)
Europe: 7–15 days
USA/Canada: 15–20 days
Asia/Pacific region: 20–35 days

In case a shipment goes missing, we take responsibility and will refund your money. However, if you fail to collect your order (if no one is home, the mail carrier usually leaves a notice for pickup at your local post office, which is typically held for collection for up to one month) or if you provided an incorrect delivery address during order placement, we do not consider such cases as our responsibility.

We do not possess information about the legal status of our products in all countries worldwide. You are responsible for obtaining information about the legal status of these products/grybai, import regulations, and customs laws in your country. Export outside of Europe: small orders usually do not encounter restrictions related to customs duties for free import. Large orders might be subject to customs duties and taxes for delivery outside the European Union.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not facilitate product returns.
